It wasn’t a particularly special morning when I woke up with a dream I very clearly recalled. I rarely remember my dreams and this dream wasn’t even anything elaborate. The first two words that I blurted out to my husband Jaco were “canned mimosas”. At the time ready-made canned mimosas didn’t exist.

While cocktails are my drink of choice – like most people I don’t necessarily enjoy the process of making them. And for the first time I had a dream I could start making a reality the same day. Being the creative, talented and determined person Jaco is – he immediately got to work.

When I enjoy an alcoholic beverage I care about what goes into my body and the products I consume. Being a cancer survivor I prioritize my health. I avoid artificial sweeteners and sugary beverages. So I knew if Jaco made wine cocktails they would be the utmost best quality. Jaco is a multiple award winning winemaker (proud wife brag) that uses natural and sustainable methods. He knows how to make truly delicious wine. Which is what we believe is the best way to create an amazing wine cocktail.
